In addition, buyers appreciate her sophisticated presentation of prospective home information, which makes searches faster and easier. 

Katie also offers broad geographic expertise. Though she currently lives in the West Loop, she has also called Lakeview and Old Town home, so she knows the nuances of the neighborhoods, including their block-by-block differences. This helps buyers understand the implications of potential purchases. From nearby restaurants, concert halls, amenities, and El navigation, Katie educates clients so that they can make confident choices that fulfill personal and business objectives.
