Howard was referred to us by a work colleague because of husband's move from Houston, Texas, to Evanston, Illinois. Howard is excellent & if we could rate him 10 stars, we would! Before the move, Howard sent us listings from various suburbs of homes matching our needs (i.e., enough space to move in my elderly parents). Through the listings, we narrowed our search to Evanston & flew up to look at homes. Howard had a schedule of about 10 homes for us to view with our teenagers in one busy weekend. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. What more to say about him? The weekend we spent with him, we found our home and made an offer. We love our home, neighborhood & high school here in Evanston. Howard also helped us out on a last-minute issue of finding an apartment for my high-school age daughter and I so she could start marching band with her school in early August 2018. He found one in such short notice. My daughter was able to meet high school students from marching band one month before school started, making an easier adjustment for her as en entering 9th grader. Howard didn't have to do that, but he went above and beyond in helping our family. We absolutely recommend him and if we ever moved again in the area, we would hire Howard.

As first time homebuyers Katie was super helpful, patient, and organized. She put together numerous outings with private appointments. She listened to our wants and needs lists and helped set reasonable expectations on price and space. Katie was willing to take us to a variety of neighborhoods and styles of homes so we could better understand the price/value/space equation. Overall, we could not recommend Katie more highly!
We had to make a move pretty quickly (within a 4 month window!), and had a narrow range of where we needed to live as well as a specific budget and a lot of "wants" we were hoping our new house would have...and needless to say there just wasn't a whole lot out there that met all our criteria! Susan was wonderful throughout the whole process. She stayed on top of every house coming on the market and followed up on every possibility until we found a great fit for our family! She was so flexible and available and had great ideas about ways we might expand our search without giving up what was really important to us. She was also great at noticing things that might have created problems for us in a house that we may not have noticed or realized. We never felt like she wanted to get us just in "any" house, but in the right house for us. Lastly, Susan was always friendly and fun to work with, which made the whole process a lot easier! We would definitely recommend Susan to our friends and would want her to be our realtor in the future if we move again.

Her welcoming and sincere manner calmed us throughout our process. Our listing went so well supported by her strong advice pricing, on clearing our space and the wonderful photographer who captured the unit so well in the lovely summer light. She encouraged us to aim higher in the units we visited which was exactly the price point our sellers accepted. Her persistence paid off in the many units we visited. Howard is an excellent advisor. He listens, takes down your concerns, and provides excellent guidance depending on your needs, not his. For example, I was new to the area and not sure if I wanted to dip my toe into the real estate market (with a modest purchase) or jump in with both feet (with a larger purchase). Finding a home that actually works for downsizing is actually difficult on the North Shore! Way too many places that old, dated and in need of a full makeover. Susan worked the market and when we did not initially find something, she asked for our patience and we were rewarded. She put us first every step of the way. We are now in home that not only we love but everyone else our age wants!! What could be better?
Katie is amazing! What I appreciate about her the most is that she's always looking out for her clients' best interest. For instance, she was once at a unit that I didn't explicitly ask her to, but she called me via FaceTime to show me the place because she knew it fit my preferences.
